Water Tutorial

"Water tutorial" by Mario Veltri
We have to remember the same property when we paint a dripping surface. The volume of water is larger at the beginning, than becomes smaller asthe water detaches from the object and looses the grip.

Drops that falls in the water can be easy represented with small concentric circles

A great way to generate the effect of water in motion is using brush in "dissolve"as "blending mode", than giving it a "gaussian blur" (filter/blur/gaussian blur).
