Mapping
I made texture mapping of air vessel with metal, concrete and brick photos. Different contrast colors of the photos provided me to build bump and shine channels. With combination of diffuse colors and textures i made a variation in visuals. On all shapes i made mapping with UVW map techniques.
Painting
At that work I planned to give the feeling of cold and dry weather. So snowy mountains at the background and glaciation at the overall plan is for that aim. Other than that, clear weather and sun is important for the dry-cold weather effect. With volume light i increased the darkness part effect of hangar. Also with the different transparency in layers i tried to emphasize that effect. At some parts of the vehicle, i used copy layers which are erased locally in order to give the effect of reflections of surrounding light on vehicle and to give some other local effects.
