Modelling
Modelling stage of this scene was very simple and most of it is basic poly modelling.
I chamfered the edges to smooth the geometry and get good shaders and reflections.I tend to chamfer vertical edges first and then horizantal edges as the next step.
Again a basic poly-modelling with some chamfer, extrude, bevel steps to build the supportive elements of the wooden balcony floor.
For Roof Vault, I created a spline and then moved vertices randomly to get a more natural look with imporfections than a pure-flat geometry. I extruded the spline and then converted into editable poly and again chamfered edges.
