8. A. Start making new layer set as multiply or just paint direct on the canvas. Every time you want to give depth or shadow set as multiply. Using oil color add grey-purple blue / light Prussian blue

B. Keep adding the further gradation with oils and take a look at colors wheel and keep adding shadow for his face as well

C. To give more and more depth, I use multiply set with detail oil brush, both on his face and his hair as well

9. A. I use blur blender for some part on his face, so it will look smooth and well blended
