31-extrude few more times and then give the desired shape you like, and then apply smooth if you like,

32-for the top handle create the curve in any shape you want, between the 2 handles,

33-create a circle and then extrude them, first select the circle then the curve go to surfaces chose extrude option box and then do the same settings you can see in the picture showing below,

34-now you should have something like below,

35-do the same for the ring,
