15-now you should see something like on the picture below,

16-and do the same for glass just select the glass curve and hit G key from your keyboard to perform the last operation in this case revolve,

17-bring the small piece which we have created for the sake of decoration, then go to top view fix it somewhere suitable around the glass and then bring its pivot point to the origin of base lamp by pressing insert key from your keyboard,

18-its time to duplicate the pieces with the object selected go to edit duplicate special,
