7-now create a polygon plane and then just adjust some vertices around to give it the shape as you can see in the image below, delete the middle face and then chamfer the vertices, this would be kind of decoration pieces around lamp where glass is located,
8-in the side view just move the 2 row of vertices like on the image below,
9-and now your object should look like the one below, and then add few edges by split polygon tool,
10-select all the faces and then extrude them out a just bit,
